Loaner Program

As a courtesy, and for the convenience of our Auburn auto repair shop's customers, Auburn Best Western Transmission offers FREE loaner cars when the time required to repair or service a vehicle will require more than 2 hours.

Loaner vehicles are available to Auburn Best Western Transmission customers that have called in advance, and have scheduled a repair or service at our auto repair shop in Auburn.

Insurance regulations stipulate that drivers of our free loaners are a minimum of 21 years old.

The customer driving the vehicle is required to show valid driver's license, credit/debit card, in addition to providing proof of insurance before leaving Auburn Best Western Transmission with the loaner vehicle.

The Auburn Best Western Transmission Loaner Agreement stipulates that all drivers of the loaner vehicle are responsible for any and all charges incurred against the loaner during the usage period., to include tolls, traffic violations, penalties, and any damages to vehicle that include tire and wheel damage, and any costs incurred by Auburn Best Western Transmission.

Upon notification that the repair or service is completed, drivers have up to 24 hours to return the loaner to Auburn Best Western Transmission. If the loaner is not brought back within the 24-hour window a daily usage fee of $90 per day will be charged to a credit card placed on file with Auburn Best Western Transmission.

Any body or other damage to the Auburn Best Western Transmission loaner while in the customer's possession is the sole responsibility of the customer. Customers are instructed and advised to contact your insurance company in case damage or accident in consideration that your insurance company is the primary carrier.

A $5 per gallon fee will be charged when the loaner car is not returned with the same level of fuel as when it was checked out.

A mileage limit 125 miles per day is agreed to upon taking possession of the Auburn Best Western Transmission loaner vehicle. A fee of $0.55 per mile will be charged to customers who exceed the daily allowance of mileage.

For health considerations, Auburn Best Western Transmission requires no smoking or pets in a loaner vehicle as many of our Auburn customers have allergies. A detail fee of $299.95 will be charged to the driver who smokes or transports pets in a loaner vehicle owned by Auburn Best Western Transmission.
